Rachel Poznikoff

Rachel joined de Villars Jones in 2025 as an articling student and is now the firm’s newest associate lawyer.

She grew up in Nelson, BC and began her education at Selkirk College before transferring to Simon Fraser University to complete her Bachelor’s degree in psychology. From there she moved to Edmonton, where she obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta.

Articling at de Villars Jones, Rachel was able to gain focused experience in all areas of estate law. She plans to practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation.

In her spare time she is usually out enjoying live music, travelling, or at home unwinding with a good book and the company of her two beloved cats.
